Working of Business mobile apps should be seamless irrespective of intermittent offline / no Internet condition. In the case of Business mobile apps the users are expected to mobile and they will shuffle between wi-fi, mobile internet and not Internet conditions. Key aspects on this would be -

The users should be able to see data from local cache even when offline
If any data submission happens in offline condition, the data should be synced while the user comes back online.
